بعد الفحص تبين وجود عطل في الخادم وعليه تم التواصل مع الشركة وتم العمل على اعادة تشغيل الخادم من قبلهم وتم حل المشكلة.

مع الشكر,

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه.

بعد الفحص تبين بأن الزميل عمر قد قام بتغيير الاعدادت الخاصة بعملية الطباعه بحيث تحويل المصدر من تلقائي الى درج رقم 1.
