After change time zone there was alert for we must change the date in Acronis Server and it was fix>

تم العمل على التواصل مع مركز تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتبين [ان العطل في الخادم الخاص بمزود البريد الالكتروني وعليه تم حل المشكلة.

There was an issue on connection between storage and active directory, and after check with nitc we found that the port that related to smp was closed and they was reopen it.

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه.

* يرجى العلم بوجود مشكلة في الطباعه من النظام مباشره في فرع القسطل بحيث يقوم الموظف باستخدام خاصية اعادة الطباعه ومن ثم لا يتم طباعة اي نوع من المعاملات. والمشكلة قيد الحل من قبل الشركة.
