تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه.

بعد الفحص والتحقق تبين بأن هنالك تحديث يجب ان يتم تحميله على الخادم وعليه تم التواصل مع الشركة لتحقق وعليه تم العمل على الربط مع الشركة المختصه وتم حل المشكلة.
