تم العمل على نقل البيانات المتواجده على جهاز الحاسوب على جهاز الاب توب المحمول وربط بالة الطباعة الداخلية والخارجية وتفعيل الماسح الضوئي على الة الطباعة الخارجيه كما تم العمل على تزويد السيد عمر عباس بكيبل 5 متر لربط الجهاز بالشبكة المحلية.

تم العمل على حل المشكلة من خلال اعادة تثبيت برنامح twain Driver وربطه بالة المسح الضوئي FI5220C

تم التواصل مع الشركة والربط معها وبعد الفحص تبين بان قد تم دفع القيمه عبر مدفوعاتكم ولكن الرد تأخر مما اضطر العميل للدفع من خلال الصندوق

تم العمل على تنظيف الحبر العالق وتغيير الدرم وعبوة الحبر للفحص ولكت تبين وجود عطل في الدرم الداخلي مما يعني انه لا يمكن حل المشكلة لذلك تم الطلب من السيد احمد الروابده بان يقوم بطلب الة طباعة خاص بالشيكات.

تم تركيب جهاز الحاسوب وربطه في الشاشه في قاعة المجلس
