تم العمل على حل المشكلة من خلال تنظيف الدرم الداخلي والخارجي واعادة تركيبه.

تم العمل على تحضير القاعه تقنيا والتأكد من تفعيل الجلسة عبر تطبيق زوم.

I Was Checked Via :

Check All Servers Backup
Check All Agent Version and Log Activity
Ensure backup is running as per schedule
Check Acronis Activity
Check Used and Available Space on Storage
Check Sync Between Main Active Directory and Acronis
Tack Full Copy in External Hard disk for All Database
Check Local Tasks on the servers

Note : I was delete old Backup for MRS, Infinite and volt DataBase From HQ Storage

تم العمل على اعطاء التعليمات للسيد طارق بأن يقوم بالتأكد من التوصيلات الكهربائية لأجهزة الموزعات والرواتر وعليه تبين بان الراوتر مفصول من الكهرباء وبعد تشغيله تم حل المشكلة.

Check CPU (utilization, Processes and Speed)
Check Hard Disks Space, AVG and RW Speed
Check Ram In Use, Available and Cached
Check NIC Card Throughput , Send and Receive
Check IIS Services and Event Viewer
Check Windows Update

Note : That I will Restart 10.84.4.50 and 10.84.4.51 To complete Update for windows servers

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع اجهزة شبكة الوايرلس وتم التاكد من جميع اصدارات نظام التشغيل لكل جهاز.

Check Branches Connectivity
Check All VPN Tunnel
Check Authenticated User List That Login to Trusted-Domain
Check All Activity for based day (Logs, Deny Website, Application and All all used Ports)
Check IDS & IPS Reports and Framework Update
Check Active Policy (Users, Branches Vpn , LL2P VPN

Note : That We Have Disconnect on Muaqqar Branch and after check i found that our employee was turn of the router

تم العمل على اعادة اضافة مشغل الكاميرات رقم 2 واعادة ربط الموزع رقم 2 بالشاشة الرئيسية كما تم العمل على ادخال رمز التشفير لكل كاميرا.

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه
