تم العمل على اعادة ادخال كلمة السر الخاصة بالبريد الالكتروني وتم حل المشكلة .

بعد تحليل المشكلة تبين بانه عندالنقر فوق ارتباط إلى مجلد Google Drive من داخل Office، فإن مستعرض الويب يظهر رسالة “تحديث المستعرض”.

وعليه تم حل المشكلة من خلال :

مفتاح الإنترنت الفرعي محدد. على القائمة تحرير، أشر إلى جديد، ثم انقر فوق قيمة DWORD‏. أضف قيمة السجل التالية:

اسم القيمة: ForceShellExecute

انقر نقراً مزدوجاً فوق ForceShellExecute، ثم قم بتعيين بيانات القيمة إلى 1. انقر فوق موافق.

وتم حل المشكلة.

Check Anti-virus Logs and resolve all Issues
Ensure anti-virus definition updates are occurring
Check scan schedule times
Perform security checks on other applications & files if required
Check for password strength policy
Check Agents Connection and Updates and from where their tack update

تم التأكد من جميع الملفات فعالة وأن كل دائرة تمتلك صلاحية على الملف الخاص بها فقط لا غير .

بعد الفحص والتأ:د تبين عدم وجود مشكلة ولكن نتيجة تسجيل الدخول في الواتسب ويب كان هنالك بطئ في استرجاع المراسلات وعليه تم تسجيل الخروج وازالة ملفات الارتباط ومن ثم تسجيل الدخول وتم حل المشكلة.

تم العمل على التأكد من جميع الروابط الجديده الخاصة بانظمة خدمة الاعضاء
