بعد الفحص تبين بأن هنالك خلل في المشغل الخاص بكرت الشاشة وعليه تم العمل على اصلاح العطل من خلال اعادة تحديث كرت الشاشة ومن ثم اصلاح القرص الصلب الذي تعرض للخلل ايضا نتيجة انقطاع الكهرباء بشكل مفاجئ عن الجهاز وتم حل المشكلة.
