Check All Agent Version and Log Activity
Ensure backup is running as per schedule
Check Acronis Activity
Check Used and Available Space on Storage
Check Sync Between Main Active Directory and Acronis
Tack Full Copy in External Hard disk for All Database
Check Local Tasks on the servers

After change time zone there was alert for we must change the date in Acronis Server and it was fix>

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه.

* يرجى العلم بوجود مشكلة في الطباعه من النظام مباشره في فرع القسطل بحيث يقوم الموظف باستخدام خاصية اعادة الطباعه ومن ثم لا يتم طباعة اي نوع من المعاملات. والمشكلة قيد الحل من قبل الشركة.

Check scan schedule times
Perform security checks on other applications & files if required
Check for password strength policy

We have issue in Behavior Monitoring Detection Pattern (64-bit & 32-bit) for all agents , we will fix it in 02/11/2022

تم العمل على تجهيز الكشوفات وارسالها عبر البريد الالكتروني الخاص بهم الى المسؤول التابع للوزاره كما تم تجهيز ملف اكسل وطباعته خاص بالحضور من العملاء.
