تم العمل على حل المشكلة من خلال اعادة تشغيل جهاز الحاسوب وذلك لان هنالك مشكلة قائمة ما تزال في الخادم الرئيسي لنظام الحمايه.

تم العمل على التواصل مع الشركة وتبين وجود عطل في البرج الرئيسي لشركة امنية في فرع الموقر نتيجة هطول الامطار وعليه تم علاج المشكلة من قبل الشركة المزودة لخدمة الإنترنت.
