تم التأكد من اتصال جميع الطابعات في الخادم المخصص لها وتم التأكد من ارقام الاتصال الثابته الخاصة بكل الة طباعة وصلاحيات الموظفين على كل الة طباعه.

تم العمل على الاطلاع على عروض الاسعار المقدمة من عدة شركات في ما يخص الات الطباعه وتم انتقاء الات الطباعه من نوع HP مع وجود خاصية Wifi

تم التواصل مع شركة Next من خلال البريد الالكتروني وتم اعلامنا انه سيتم حل المشكلة من قبل مركز تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع انتهاء يوم 26/12/2022.

تم التواصل مع شركة itg وتم اعلامنا انه يتم تحليل قواعد البيانات التي تم سحبها وسيتم اعلامنا فور الانتهاء من التحليل لتقديم الحلول المقترحه.

Check All Agent Version and Log Activity
Ensure backup is running as per schedule
Check Acronis Activity
Check Used and Available Space on Storage
Check Sync Between Main Active Directory and Acronis
Tack Full Copy in External Hard disk for All Database
Check Local Tasks on the servers

There was an issue on connection between storage and active directory, and after check with nitc we found that the port that related to smp was closed and they was reopen it.

I was Checked Via :

Check Anti-virus Logs and resolve all Issues
Ensure anti-virus definition updates are occurring
Check scan schedule times
Perform security checks on other applications & files if required
Check for password strength policy

We was install new update on management server

تحيط طيبة وبعد,

بعد الفحص تبين بوجود هنالك عطل في الانترنت الخاص بغرفة صناعة الاردن وعليه تم ربط الجهاز الخاص بالدكتور وسيم بالشبكة الخاصة بغرفة صناعة عمان وتم حل مشلكة البريد الالكتروني.

بعد الفحص تبين بأن هنالك انقطاع كهربائي حصل في مدينة سحاب الصناعيه وعليه تم ارشاد الزميل ايمن على الية اعادة تشغيل وحدة التخزين.
