تم العمل على نسخ جميع الارقام على حساب الجوجل ومن ثم تم اتباع الخطوات التالية :

Open Google Contacts. The easiest way to do that is to visit https://contacts.google.com/ or select the apps menu in the upper-right corner of Gmail and choose Contacts.

Select Export.

To export an entire address book, select Contacts. Select the drop-down arrow to choose a Google Contacts group.
Choose an export format:

The Outlook CSV format exports all data and converts names to the default character encoding.

Then open Csv file via google drive and save it as excel file

تم التأكد من اتصال جميع اجهزة شبكة الوايرلس وتم التاكد من جميع اصدارات نظام التشغيل لكل جهاز.

والنطاق المعرف على كل جهاز وايفاي.

تم العمل على حذف ملفات الارتباط وحذف ملفات التحديثات من الجهاز وسيتم العمل على طلب رام للجهاز.

تم العمل على تجهيز القاعه تقنيا من خلال تركيب جهاز الحاسوب والكاميرا وربطها بجهاز التلفاز وفحص قناة الاتصال.
